Established in 1976, Zhangjiagang Hengchang Welding Materials Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of welding wires.The company is a ISO9001:2000 And JIS company,and the products have CE certificate.

Our company is fully equipped with all essential machines and equipment to meet the needs of production, inspection, testing and storage. Apart from the dynamic managerial team and middle management, we utilize service of around 20 skilled technicians and 200 workers. Currently, our team is with unsurpassed professional excellence and world-class ability facing on new challenges.Believing that Quality Control and Assurance Department is the backbone of every progressive concern, our finely built laboratory contains chemical, mechanical and welding labs equipped with universal testing machines, such as Charpy and Izod impact tester, Brinell hardness tester and other related testers. Standard procedures are followed to check and test the raw materials for their suitability before sending to Production Department. Special work-stations are installed to test the quality of manufactured items, and each lot is assigned with a batch number, as for easy identification and trace ability.We use electroplating technology to ensure that product quality is unparalleled, as stringent quality control measures are adhered to.

The annual production capacity has reached 50,000 metric tons.
